Radarr does not currently support having files in the root level. That may be added in the future but isn't guaranteed. Bulk Import does not do file renaming and moving so isn't going to work wth your setup. When first setting up Radarr, it seems it's best to click Movies -> Movie Editor -> Update the root folder here to point to the destination directory you setup earlier.
